21 legal entities cite this business registry in the RegistrationAuthorityID field of their LEI record, which is how GLEIF ties an LEI back to the national register the entity is incorporated in. All of them are registered at an address in Malta.

The earliest LEI pointing here was registered 12 Jun 2018, the most recent 15 Jun 2026 — a span of 8 years. 62% of these LEIs are currently issued, 38% have lapsed. The most common legal form among them is Other legal form (not in the ISO 20275 list) (17, 81% of the total).

None of them report a parent or fund relationship in GLEIF Level 2 data, and none have an ISIN-identified security mapped to the LEI. A registration authority is not the LEI issuer. The issuer is the Local Operating Unit (LOU) that validated and maintains the record, and the two are usually different organisations, often in different countries. An LEI record names both: the registry that proves the entity exists, and the LOU that vouches for the reference data.
